Viking Mountain Marketing was built over 20 years by Erik Haagensen, serving small businesses across Greeneville, Asheville, and the greater Tri-Cities region almost entirely through referrals and word of mouth. After evaluating a number of local outfits, Haagensen chose 1-FIND SERVICES to carry that work forward.
“After 20 years flying solo, it was important to me to find someone who’d actually take care of the people I’ve worked with, not just take over accounts,” said Haagensen. “Casey and I use the same tech stack, think about design the same way, and it was clear early on he’s thoughtful and methodical about how he treats clients. That mattered more to me than anything else.”
Under the new arrangement, Casey Carmical, owner of 1-FIND SERVICES, takes the lead on day-to-day client work, while Haagensen continues in the background, assisting with training, technical continuity, and business processes.
